Services

Public services depend on secure, reliable digital connectivity to deliver services, share information and collaborate across organisations.

PSBA provides a national network connecting Wales’s public services. Operated by Welsh Government  and delivered by BT, PSBA offers secure, resilient and value-for-money connectivity designed specifically for the public sector.

Today, PSBA supports more than 100 public sector organisations across almost 5,000 sites in Wales, including health boards, local authorities, schools, colleges, universities and emergency services.

PSBA combines secure infrastructure, proactive network monitoring and dedicated support from our Cardiff-based team, helping organisations maintain reliable connectivity and protect critical services.

Case Study Spotlight

Borderbrook School

Fibre to the Premises connectivity increased speeds by up to 150 times. Teachers and pupils can now use online learning platforms and digital educational resources more effectively. The Challenge Borderbrook Primary School previously had a broadband connection of only 0.5 Mbps. The slow connection made it difficult for teachers to use online resources in lessons.
