OVERVIEW OF THE PSBA SIP SERVICE:
PSBA SIP helps consolidate infrastructure and simplify management – supporting hybrid working and better collaboration between teams and sites. It also reduces the need for multiple systems, freeing up time and resources to focus on delivering services.
Each SIP trunk includes a defined number of channels (each carrying one call), with trunks grouped to allocate capacity to key functions, such as contact centres or department-specific numbers.
