How the service supports organisational outcomes
Our PSBA WAN enables organisations to securely share data, access applications and collaborate across multiple sites. This supports reliable digital services for citizens, patients, students and communities across Wales.
Why PSBA
PSBA provides a trusted national connectivity solution operated by Welsh Government in partnership with BT. Our public sector infrastructure helps organisations benefit from resilience, consistent service standards and value for money.
Onboarding and adoption
When organisations join PSBA, we work with them to assess requirements and design the appropriate network configuration. Installation, testing and service activation are managed as part of the onboarding process.
Support and SLAs
WAN services are supported through operational processes and service level agreements (SLAs) that define response times and service standards. Our Cardiff-based operations team monitors the network and manages incidents.
